About Jonathan Strum
Since 1986, Jonathan D. Strum has provided legal advice to foreign and domestic businesses through his Washington, D.C., legal practice. His work has included the negotiation and drafting of many key corporate documents, including shareholder agreements, employment agreements, and investment documents, and he has provided strategic and fundraising advice to many clients to help their businesses focus in on long-term goals. Jonathan Strum brings a unique perspective to international business law, as he has worked and resided in many countries, including Dubai (UAE), Israel and London. He has also worked in all countries in the Gulf Cooperation Counsel – mostly in the area of Islamic Finance and conventional finance. He has also worked professionally in East Asia as well, and has worked with major business entities and financial institutions in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
